2 tsp. vanilla |
2 cups flour |
6 cups uncooked oats |
2 tsp. salt (optional) |
1 tsp. baking soda |
2 cups raisins |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together apple butter, sugar, eggs, water and vanilla until creamy. Combine dry ingredients with the raisins and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. If moister cookies are desired, bake until just golden and soft.
